TE-LE-HU work program supported by the GRUNDTVIG program is organizing an extension course for teachers of the Hungarian language in Spring 2010 in Balassi Institute (Budapest) responsible for dispersing Hungarian culture outside of Hungary. Name of course:  TE-LE-HU – Extension course for teachers of the Hungarian language.

Date of course: 12-16 May 2010.

Course venue:  Balassi Institute, Budapest, Hungary.

Balassi Institute is of central significance in teaching and learning Hungarian as a foreign language in and out of Hungary. Website: http://www.bbi.hu/

Duration of course:Total of 30 hours: seminars, analysis of lessons, language skills evaluation and Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), teamwork, discussion, new methods in language teaching, new teaching materials and their publishers.

The participants will be provided with material in advance and they will be taken to the e-mail list of the trainers and Hungarian teachers created by the TE-LE-HU partnership.

The Balassi Institute issues a certificate for those who attend the course.

Course organizer:  TE-LE-HU learning partnership in the framework of the European GRUNDTVIG program.

How to apply:  Please write to the course organizers before 15 February 2010: Bodó, Sarolta (sarolta.bodo@nullbbi.hu) and Nádor, Orsolya (orsolya.nador@nullbbi.hu).

Course fee: €750 (containing the tuition and materials). Grant can be applied for from the Grundtvig program (Extension course for teachers in adult education). In 2010 the maximum of support in Finland is €1500 which covers almost all the expenses including travel and accomodation. The grant can be applied for at the local representation.

ATTENTION! Grant applications should be submitted by 15 January 2010 to the representation in your country. Applications will be judged by the beginning of March.
